Roof Options
1. Asphalt Roofing:
Asphalt roofing is a type of roofing material that uses asphalt to waterproof walls and roofs. It's made up of individual overlapping shingles, which are made from a mixture of fiberglass and asphalt.
The shingles are covered with a granular surface that increases their surface area, which helps them resist the sun's UV rays and keep the roof cooler.
2. Flat / Low-Slope
Low-slope roofs, also known as flat roofs, have a low slope that allows water to drain. The slope of a low-slope roof is measured by the slant of the roof.
A low-slope roof has a slope of less than 3-in-12, meaning it goes up less than 3 inches vertically for every horizontal foot.

After some storm damage, Rockland came and evaluated our roof. They helped us deal with the estimators and insurance and get our roof replaced. I was so happy to have their expertise.

The new roof looks fantiastic! We had no idea how many choices there were, but the guys at Rockland Roofing helped us through the selection (and our picky HOA) and got our beautiful new roof installed. It really makes the entire house look better. Thank you!
